Boil Notes
Blazey made boil calls all through.  
 
Added 1/2 tsp gypsum to boil.  
 
Add all hops @ flameout—hot whirlpool 10 min—chill


Fermentation Notes
1L starter (1250mL) total starter activated 3 hours pre-pitch 
 
Pitched @ ~62°F 
 
Never got above 67°F—little on the cold side. Never formed too much kreausen. Seemed done by day 6.  
 
Kegged with dry-hops—pellets with sure screen.  
 
Final pH 4.55


Packaging Notes
Ready to package 5 weeks from brew day.


Tasting Notes
Lacking in mid-palate hop flavor.
